Starting her journey as Twisted's owner in 2016, she has grown the business exponentially, all while meeting new people and learning how to be a business owner. Do you take men's or children's clothing?
At at this time, we do not take men's or children's clothing.
How do I make an appointment?
Please give us a call at the store and we will be happy to find a date and time that works well for you. Keep in mind we are typically booking 1 to 2 months in advance.
How many items can I bring to my appointment?
You may bring up to 15 clothing items. Shoes, purses, and jewelry are unlimited.
Will I get my items back if they don't sell?
It's up to you! You have the option to either have them returned at the end of your contract, or we will donate them to charity on your behalf.
What percentage of the sold price will I receive?
You will receive 40% of the sold price. All items are subject to any in-store sales.
Do you have set prices for different items?
Each item is priced based on quality, and condition. There are no set prices, as no two items are the same! We also won't know the price of the item until we are ready to put it out on the sales floor.
What condition do I need to bring my items in?
All clothing items will need to be freshly washed, pressed, all buttons done up and on hangers. Don't worry - you will get your hangers back at the end of your appointment. Please make sure to wash purses and shoes before bringing them in. Any items not cleaned or pressed may be subject to a cleaning charge or turned away.
Does my contract start at the date of my appointment?
Your contract will typically start the next calendar month, but may be put out on the sales floor early.
How do I know when my contract is over?
We will give you a call as soon as we have any money or unsold items for pick up. Please don't come to pick up unless you have been called.
Can I come in during my contract and receive payouts for items that have sold?
You may come in at any time on a weekday and we will do our best to accommodate you. No Saturday payouts, unless arranged ahead of time.
